Why your records have value
Their models have read the public web and hundreds of thousands of books. To work inside companies, they must learn your trade: a deal followed from request to invoice. Your software holds these deals, and the licence hands over a copy without the names.

Questions
Neither. You grant a right of use over a copy of some records, for a set period. You keep your original files, your company and your clients.
By the chosen buyer, once the licence is signed: a commission as a percentage of its value. You pay us nothing, at any stage.
Yes. The licence follows data protection law, including the GDPR in Europe and the UK: client and staff names are removed, your staff are informed, and sensitive data is excluded. Your lawyer reviews the licence before signing.
In most cases, yes, depending on your country. Your lawyer sets out the steps before signing. Staff names are removed from the copy, like client names.
Only the signing buyer, for the use written into the licence. The licence also sets what is forbidden, such as resale. You can rule out a buyer before your file is presented.
An offer usually arrives one to two weeks after the review of your records, and funding two to six months after the first call.
Nothing leaves your company and you pay nothing. We tell you on the first call, and explain why.
It depends on the exclusivity the buyer asks for. An exclusive licence reserves your records to one buyer for its term; a non-exclusive licence leaves you free to sign others.
The licence will show up in the acquirer’s due diligence, and its term can end on the planned sale date. We can also refer you for the sale itself.
Arbitrage Capital
One call is enough to find out whether buyers are interested in your records.
